Remarks & redlining

The vault has been configured with redlining capabilities for document reviewers. Document markup capabilities are protected by security. The Remarks property page is automatically updated when redlines have been created. An email notification is sent to the remarks manager, if configured, when remarks are made. A navigation view named Issues & Remarks is provided to show all documents that have remarks and redlines. A custom command named Clear Remarks is available for purging remarks.

The Remarks page is also available for documents in the Plant group when a document is in a project. The page is updated when remarks are made with Meridian Explorer.
